Our Club Members Are Important To Us

We want to ensure you always receive our emails and this means we have to take steps to maintain a healthy list of members (or subscribers). List integrity is extremely important.

Email list hygiene is crucial for maintaining a healthy email list of subscribers and at Club Hallam, we will be cleaning our list every 3 months. Eradicating invalid emails is essential to avoid hard bounces. We want to ensure we have a high deliverability rate, which in turn ensure you receive our offers in a timely fashion and we do not end up in your spam folder.

How you can help?

If you add admin@clubhallam.com.au and members@chnews.info to your contact list or safe senders list, this will ensure deliverability. If you do not wish to receive any more emails, simply hit unsubscribe in the footer of any of our emails.

Always check your spam folder

Please remember to always check your spam folder if you are finding that emails aren’t arriving in your inbox, and let your mail client know that the email is safe / not spam. If you have tried everything, we suggest using a gmail email address. or, try another email address if you have one. Business email addresses e.g (sam@samsbakery.com.au) seem to have the biggest issue with spam filters, hotmail and yahoo are somewhat troublesome (with a small percentage of members) and gmail performs best.
